Dawn Peck is an Employee Relations manager at Best Buy, supporting the investigation of severe / high-risk claims including harassment, discrimination, workplace violence and workplace accommodations.
For the disABILITIES ERG at Best Buy, Dawn is the Corporate Partnerships lead — a new role created to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with other organizations, both locally in the Twin Cities and nationally, to help move the needle on the ERG’s agenda items for disability inclusion. Such partnerships have helped to contribute to both Best Buy’s and the community’s increased efforts in disability education, the reduction of stigma and most recently, in the development of Best Buy’s Neurodiverse Employment Program and efforts toward a self-identification program.
