Dr. Lisa Cropper Johnson

Dr. Lisa Cropper Johnson is a Diversity Program Management specialist at Goddard’s Wallops Flight Facility. Lisa’s employment experience includes the fields of civil rights, D&I, human resources management and career services.

She most recently was the Equal Opportunity Programs manager at Wallops. She held this post previously from 2000 to 2004 after well over a decade in what is now the OHCM. Lisa left the agency in 2004 after accepting a position at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) and returned to Goddard in 2014. She is a part-time instructor with the Eastern Shore Community College, a teacher of customer service skills to the community.

Dr. Johnson holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in communication arts from Salisbury University, the Master of Education degree in guidance and counseling from UMES, and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in organizational leadership from UMES, conferred in May 2014. Her doctoral research focused on servant leadership, conflict management, and humility.

Lisa is a spiritual person, and she serves on various boards and committees in Accomack County.
