Ebony Carter

Ebony Carter has a distinguished career working in various industries in diversity and inclusion, human resources, and learning and development for more than 25 years within retail, office and print, and finance. Ebony was a diversity and inclusion leader in the commercial real estate industry where she created executive learning and development programs with primary focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is currently global leader of DEI and Learning with Farzana Nayani Consulting & Training.

She also has extensive experience leading employee resource groups and creating governance structures for overall success. Ebony has a strong passion for developing others and is known for her work leading diversity and inclusion programs at corporate levels, implementation of onboarding programs for field leadership roles, and developing robust DE&I and HR strategies.

She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, and the Texas Diversity Council. She is also on the board of directors for The Black Mom Collective.

Ebony holds a BA and an HR Certification from University of Phoenix and a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Yale School of Management.
