The director of operations at The Social Lights, Emily Hagen is an extremely organized, curious-minded, and detail-orientated individual who is a master of checklists and project management. She leads the operations team, which encompasses training, HR, IT, and career development.

Emily majored in communications and journalism at the University of St. Thomas. She has a diversified background with a nearly 10-year career in retail management along with a degree in baking and pastry.
