Geneva Greene

Geneva Greene is the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for Sprouts, LLC. She founded Sprouts to empower individuals and organizations to grow their inclusive actions and perspectives to promote workplace wellness. In that capacity, she delivers learning experiences and insightful consultations for organizations such as Amazon, the National Hockey League, Howard University, NOBEL-Women, and the University of Washington to name a few. Geneva is an experienced corporate communicator and passionate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) educator. She spent more than a decade in corporate communications and DEI at Lockheed Martin executing internal and external communications, community engagements, and DEI initiatives. Geneva engaged in inclusion training for more than 2,000 leaders and counseled employee resource group leaders reaching approximately 25,000 members. She also designed and taught the first DEI in Communications course for Georgetown University’s Masters in Public Relations and Corporate Communications program. Geneva was featured in the Fall 2022 ‘Future of Work’ issue of Diversity Woman magazine.
