Gretchen Snediker

Gretchen Snediker is the chair of the LGBT+ Employee Resource Group and a senior human resources consultant supporting Progressive’s IT organization. As chair, Gretchen has worked to influence policy and practice in support of the company’s LGBT+ community and beyond.

She served on the board of Equality Ohio, a statewide organization dedicated to LGBT equality, for four years.
