Joshua (Josh) Tripp

Josh Tripp is a member of Mayo Clinic’s employee resource group, called the disABILITY MERG, which promotes inclusion, appreciation and awareness of those with disabilities. Recently, Josh started serving as the vice chair of the resource group.

Prior to starting at Mayo in 2017 as a legal consultant, Josh worked as an attorney representing disabled individuals attempting to get them social security disability benefits. While in this role, he advocated all across the country for these individuals, who had a variety of different backgrounds and disabilities, to help them get the benefits they needed. Now Josh works to help promote inclusion, awareness, appreciation and accommodation for Mayo employees and others with varying disabilities.
