Kelli Pokorny

Kelli Pokorny is the director of Training for Turnberry Solutions with experience leading strategy, implementation, and facilitation of corporate training and skills-based development programs. Utilizing this experience, Kelli serves on the company’s DE&I Training Task Force and brings the most engaging, relevant speakers and resources for learning. The task force is focused on driving continuous learning techniques with a model built on a safe space for vulnerability and personal growth.

Kelli’s passion for DE&I comes from a career of supporting professionals to meet their goals and the belief that all people are inherently good and capable of being better. The opportunity that Turnberry has provided to enhance her personal leadership skills through building a culture of inclusion and belonging in the organization is what gives Kelli meaning and purpose in her role.
