Kelsey Braak

Kelsey Braak is a manager in West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice. She has cross-industry experience, leading business requirements-gathering for technology design, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Kelsey’s facilitation style and attention to detail enable her to effectively coordinate complex initiatives across business and technology teams. She is a leader of the West Monroe Inclusion & Diversity Council and an integral participant in the firm’s I&D strategic initiative.

Kelsey began her career in consulting within Accenture’s Strategy practice. While there, she supported various Fortune 500 organizations with process optimization and customer experience. Kelsey earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in mathematics and business management from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn.
