Kevin Carter

Kevin A. Carter is a principal strategist for The Winters Group, Inc., as well as the president of Inclusion Innovates. His specialty is leveraging the commonalities and differences of people through strategy development, coaching, and collaborative technology to enhance stakeholder engagement, affinity, and advocacy.

Kevin has more than 25 years of experience as a diversity leader for companies such as Safeco Insurance, BP, and Campbell Soup. He is a licensed administrator of both The Intercultural Development Inventory^® (IDI^®) and LIFO^® (Life Orientation) assessments. He utilizes both instruments for fostering gender equity. He is the developer of The #MeToo Imperfect Ally model, assessment (http://bit.ly/TheMeTooAssessment) and workshop.

Mr. Carter holds a BA, cum laude in philosophy and public affairs from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in finance from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
