Lisa Holyfield

Lisa Holyfield currently serves as senior director of Community Engagement and Inclusion for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities Equity Innovation Center. In this position, she works with individuals, organizations and community leaders to develop their equity and inclusion strategies.

Lisa has more than 20 years of collective experience supporting human resources, leadership development, and equity and inclusion strategies for organizational change for nonprofit and corporate organizations across the U.S.

She holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and Society for Human Resource Management–Certified Professional (SHRM–CP). Lisa is also an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator (IDI–QA) and serves on The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Program Committee.
