Maddie Tausch (she/they) is a Senior Data Analyst at Northwestern Mutual who serves as the 2022 Gender Diverse Liaison for the PRIDE ERG. She primarily works with customer ticket and contact data to surface the voice of the customer to support leaders. Maddie previously worked in operationalizing chat contact center processes.
