Michelle Petrazzuolo

Michelle Petrazzuolo has been working in human capital for 20 years. During that time, she has always made inclusivity a central plank in her professional platform. In her current role as director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at Phillips, she is working to bring greater diversity to the auction house world. Prior roles include work at a Fortune 200 organization, in private consulting, and in the nonprofit industry.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource management, and is the author of “We’re All Okay: A Millennial’s Treatise.” She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
