Pranam is a former student club founder in college where he learned firsthand about the untapped energy within student clubs. In 2015, he co-founded Door of Clubs, an online platform that connects companies and over 100,000 college clubs nationwide. His platform allows companies to get to more diverse talent in less time. Door of Clubs also publishes an annual survey report with several thousand student respondents about Generation Z’s employment preferences.
