Rebecca Waggoner is an innovative nonprofit leader with outstanding communication, training/facilitation, and program management skills. She has a deep commitment to developing and implementing effective organizational and community response strategies to improve social, political and economic climates for LGBTQ+ and Allied individuals and organizations. She has worked at every level of program development/management with community-based programs for more than 20 years.

Rebecca was previously the director of the Anti-Violence Program at OutFront Minnesota and is currently the executive director of Quorum, the Twin Cities LGBTQ+ and Allied Chamber of Commerce. She is also the Midwest chair for the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) Affiliate Chamber Council. Her work to drive diversity and inclusion, corporate supplier diversity efforts, and supply chain innovation is based on her deep commitment to create true economic opportunity and equitable workplaces for LGBTQ business owners and employees, corporate partners, and others impacted by the LGBTQ+ business community.

Most recently, she led Quorum’s inclusion efforts at the 2018 Super Bowl through the NFL’s Business Connect, their supplier diversity program. She also serves on the boards of directors for the Domestic Abuse Project (DAP) and Twin Cities Gay for Good (G4G).

An avid (albeit rather unsuccessful) gardener, Rebecca lives with her wife, Kay, two sons, four cats and a retired greyhound named Atom.
