Stephanie Ingraham serves as captain of the Patrol Division for the Oregon State Police (OSP). She has worked for OSP for more than 21 years. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in forestry from Oregon State University. She began her career working as the only Fish and Wildlife trooper in the small community of Tillamook, Ore.

She has worked in all three divisions of the Oregon State Police spending approximately 11 years in Fish and Wildlife; approximately 5 1/2 years in the Major Crime Section of the Criminal Division; approximately 2 1/2 years in the Patrol Division; and additionally, almost two years in the Office of Professional Standards.

Stephanie is currently the vice-chair of the Oregon State Police Inclusion Team and is passionate about helping and mentoring others as the agency continues to grow and works to embrace a more inclusive mind-set in the agency as a whole.
