Tracy L. Bradley

Tracy L. Bradley currently serves as manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at IDEX Corporation, Northbrook, Ill. She manages projects in the areas of diversity recruiting outreach, inclusive leadership, and diverse talent management.

Tracy has 20-plus years of experience as a speaker and presenter in the areas of DEI best practices, diverse talent, and leadership development, and has held roles in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is also a life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a member of the The Links, Incorporated.

When she is not working, she enjoys creating new recipes, cooking, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
