Yixiu Chen

Yixiu Chen is the Open Door Learning Centers Manager at Literacy Minnesota, a non-profit leader in literacy education that provides basic-skills classes in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. She supervises Learning Center staff and site to site operations. Prior to working at Literacy Minnesota Yixiu held various positions managing educational programs for youth and adults as well as doing community outreach and engagement throughout the Twin-Cities, Chicago and abroad. Yixiu holds a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a concentration in International and Comparative Education.
