Youlanda Gibbons

Youlanda Gibbons, Ph.D. is the Founder and Executive Director of the Partnership for Inclusion Leadership. Dr. Gibbons is a nationally known diversity and inclusion thought leader and affiliated Georgetown University Scholar in the Department of Sociology. She is blazing the trail for organizational change and transformation by building diversity and inclusion competency and capacity. Dr. Gibbons passion and expertise brings together leaders and practitioners from private industry, government, non-profits, and academia, inspiring them to advance the critical role of diversity and inclusion practices in support of the American people. Her vision has touched every Federal department and over 75 agencies across the nation and internationally, including the U. S. Departments of Defense, Energy, Interior, Commerce, Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, NASA and Veterans Affairs.
