Are you faced with how to engage with your employee resource group (ERG) members, during these socially distanced modes of working and living? Do you find that the challenges of the current times are adding stress and burden to you ERG members and leaders? This session shares key tips and strategies for fostering community, offering relevant programming, and building connections and support for your employee resource groups. This session will expose attendees to straightforward processes that enable the engagement of members and leaders for maximum positive impact. Participants will learn best practices from the field, will engage in discussions and idea-sharing, and will receive access to resources that can be utilized at their organization for immediate next steps in their own institution’s ERG strategy.
