Description

What gets measured is more likely to get done. In strategic DEI work, measurement enables us to assess gaps between vision and reality, and offers insight and clarity to help achieve goals. Yet, the process of implementing DEI metrics and incorporating them into strategic DEI initiatives can be puzzling and challenging.

As organizational psychologists who combine inclusion consulting with science, turning what some may consider “soft and fuzzy” work into measurable data, we will lead participants in sorting through key issues in inclusion assessment. We’ll share frameworks and examples of how we help organizations obtain and make sense of inclusion data, addressing: 1) selection and use of appropriate measures to assess behaviors, sentiment, and experience; 2) how to build data-driven strategies tailored to organizational needs; and 3) best practices for driving accountability based on results.

Join us and leave the session with a clear path forward for quantifying workplace inclusion.

• Identify DEI constructs and how they should be measured (as behaviors, attitudes, knowledge, etc.)
