This workshop is for anyone engaged in the work of diversity, equity, & inclusion. Being a D.E.I. practitioner is laborious, exhausting, and stressful. This session will provide an overview of toxic stress, and provide simple healing modalities, self-care tools and resources so that we can continue to work for broader diversity, more equity, and deeper inclusion.
Session Objectives:
- Participants will understand toxic stress and how it leads to trauma & burnout.
- Participants will identify their top individual triggers and resources to manage them.
- Participants will have the resources to assess and plan self-care routines.
