Andi Banks

Andi Banks was born in Minneapolis and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She recently returned to the Twin Cities and has been with Hennepin County for four years, currently as a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant. She has more than 17 years of experience leading a wide range of DEI, organizational development, and staff development efforts in county systems in California and Minnesota.

Through organizational assessment and system change methods, Andi has guided innovative approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion and led efforts focused on building the skills, practices, and infrastructure needed to achieve equity in her communities.
