Andrea L. Turner is an experienced Executive Level Human Resources professional and leader. She is the Director of Human Resources at the City of St. Paul. She has conducted training sessions on many topics from discrimination, sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion as well as management and leadership development. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Ms. Turner is driven by a passion to have human resources serve in a partnership capacity to help drive organizational effectiveness through innovation, technology, talent management and development.
