Becca Gelenberg

Becca is the head of People Operations at Upstart – an online AI-powered lending platform focused on expanding access to reasonably priced credit. Becca has more than 10 years of direct People and Culture experience and prior to joining Upstart she built her career at two of the most leading edge HR organizations in the tech industry: Google and Hewlett Packard, where she held various HR business partner and program management positions increasing in size and scope. At Upstart she is leading the people strategy for an organization committed to diversity and equal opportunity for all. Her team’s mission is to make Upstart the best place to do great work for everyone. Becca has an undergraduate degree in math and English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
