Role: Session Presenter

2022 Conference Session: Is Women’s Leadership at a Crossroads? (S5-B)

Robbie Green is a Certified Professional Coach and an executive coach at Talking Talent. Focused on supporting new and working parents, Robbie brings over 25 years of work and work-life experience to her coaching. For more than 12 years, she has coached clients in the medical, financial, and education industries, as well as religious groups, mental health and HR professionals, entrepreneurs, boards of directors, CEOs, and moms simply looking to make their next move.

Robbie knows that working moms suffer from feelings of guilt, being overwhelmed and unappreciated, and complete exhaustion—often suffering in silence. She knows because she has been a working mom for more than 23 years. She has lived with her family in three different states, many times with no extended family around. Those were the moments she wished she had a “Working Mom’s Coach” in her life: to be a coach, cheerleader, and sometimes referee! Nonetheless, it was during those times that she learned to bloom where she was planted, made the most of every situation, and began to develop a true passion for the challenges that working moms face.

Robbie is a graduate of the University of Memphis (BSIS) and the University of Phoenix (MSIO). She is the grateful mother of two young adult children, and a lover of family and of fashion.
