90-minute Workshops

Day 2

Description

“The Summer of George Floyd” saw an upsurge in racial equity consciousness around the entire world. Companies sprang into action to create anti-racist policies and provide anti-racism training.

But how do you deliver a program of work of this nature for a global audience? How do you translate the notion of race across cultural and ethnic groups and diverse political spectra? How do you adapt the conversation from highly homogenous societies to the most diverse ones? How do you respond to the vastly different levels of readiness and maturity seen around the world when it comes to discussions of race and racism?

In this session, we’ll explore how we did this successfully for a range of global clients, putting thousands of senior leaders on every continent through a blended program to develop inclusive and anti-racist leadership. We’ll share how we went about designing a globally adaptable program; creating a personalized learning journey; and facing challenges and lessons learned.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the challenges of addressing racial and ethnic inclusion on a global scale
• Apply effective design and consultation approaches for a successful global inclusion program
• Gain valuable insight into a road-tested program for building racial/ethnic inclusion for multinationals
