Description

We strive to live our core values — Selflessness, Adaptability, Positivity, Extreme Ownership, and Inclusion — and be an employer-of-choice for each member of our team at Turnberry Solutions. To uphold this commitment, we launched our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) program in 2020 to support employees, develop a diverse remote workforce, and create a culture of inclusion.

Turnberry is a growing IT and management consulting firm that works with Fortune 500 companies across the nation. We hire best-in-class talent that ranges from senior subject matter experts to junior talent fresh out of college, with a goal of building meaningful careers.

The goal of our workshop is to show the evolution of our DE&I initiative focused on three strategic components: attract a diverse workforce, retain talent, and strengthen policy efforts. We do this through recruiting best practices, employee engagement programs, benchmarking and metrics, community partnership, and internal policy work.

We will introduce participants to our DE&I journey during the past two years, educate on specific strategies, hold open discussion, and identify opportunities to apply concepts in other organizations.

Learning Outcomes

• Gain insight from the strategic methods we use to attract, retain, and grow, and learn how they help to build an inclusive workplace culture
• See what worked, what didn’t, and how to modify your approach to reach obtainable DE&I goals
• Learn how to apply relevant DE&I concepts to your organization/program
