Building racially inclusive and equitable workplaces has become even more complex as we are now faced with the challenge of responding to the worsening economic and health disparities created by COVID-19 in many communities throughout the country. Employers can and should play an important role in inclusive recovery efforts, but must be equipped with data informed, market responsive solutions that center people of color.
