Maureen “Mo” Berkner Boyt is the founder and CEO of The Moxie Exchange. She’s spent more than 30 years helping organizations grow by creating inclusive workplaces where talented people can thrive. She has leveraged the power of technology to build scalable, actionable, measurable inclusion tools, including the first-of-its-kind comprehensive diversity and inclusion app, Everyday Inclusion. Everyday Inclusion was named a solution that infuses DEI into daily operations by Forrester Research and has been called, “the future of diversity and inclusion.” Mo hosts a weekly live cast with DEI practitioners to amplify work being done in organizations of all sizes and industries providing the DEI community an accessible, ongoing avenue to learn from one another.

Maureen holds an MEd in organizational development from the University of Georgia, and a BA in journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She was a finalist for the Colorado Technology Association Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and her Disrupt HR Talk, “Hack Your Biased Brain” is one of the most popular talks of the movement.

Mo has held leadership positions in several Fortune 500 companies and has advised executive teams at organizations such as Arrow Electronics, USAA, and Constellation Brands on their diversity and inclusion strategies. Her daily mantra is “Rock your moxie and do the next right thing.”
