At NASA, people are our greatest asset. Come to this session to learn how the diversity and inclusion program at NASA “leads with inclusion every day” by modeling inclusive behaviors that create belonging and help drive a workforce culture that makes NASA the “Best Place to Work.”

Learning Outcomes

• Learn how we measure inclusion and how our focus on D&I correlates to our BPTW (Best Place to Work) ranking
• Learn strategies that result in employees who are happy, healthy, engaged, productive and creative
